Investment

The approximate cash requirement for a Sorbet Salon will be R850k – R950k and R550k – R650k for a Sorbet Nail Bar. There will be a requirement for 50% in unencumbered cash. Included in this investment is the upfront franchise fee which will cover the following:

  • The license granted to the Franchisee to operate the retail outlet in terms of the Franchise Agreement and the rights to use the Sorbet brand;
  • Assistance with all aspects of the set up of the business;
  • Initial training of the Franchisee and their employees;
  • Access to the intellectual property developed by Sorbet through the provision of the Operations Manuals.

Franchises will be turnkey operations in which Sorbet will deliver a business, ready to trade on opening day.

Monthly Service Fees

The monthly service fees are set at a lower rate than average to ensure the profitability of the franchisee.

Marketing: It is important to note that the monthly service fee includes the marketing contribution from the franchisee. There is no separate marketing fund.
