Membership of the Sorbet Society entitles you to the following benefits:
  • 50% Discount on your Birthday treatments (with a maximum discount of R200) - Simply make an appointment for your birthday and get 50% discount on your favourite treatment;

  • Invitations to health and skincare lectures and demonstrations;
  • Access to the amazing and convenient Sorbet Gift Service - Call our Support Office on
    0861 SORBET or e-mail us at info@sorbet.co.za and we will deliver a Gift Card or A Gift Hamper with a message to a friend or loved one.

Rewards - Free Treatments

Based on the combined value of your spend at any Sorbet Salon or Nail Bar, you will become entitled to FREE TREATMENTS. When your Value Total reaches the R4500 threshold, (regardless of how long it takes), you are immediately entitled to the choice of one of the following free treatments:

  • The Sorbet Society Deluxe Dermalogica Facial (60 min)
  • The Sorbet Society Deluxe Full Body Massage (60 min)
  • A Sorbet Society Deluxe full set of Nail Extensions
  • The Sorbet Society Deluxe Manicure and Pedicure

On reaching the threshold, you will be notified by the Sorbet Support Office that you are entitled to a free treatment. You will then receive a Loyalty Complimentary Voucher, after which you can phone your favourite Sorbet Salon or Nail Bar and make an appointment for your free treatment at a time that is convenient.

After you have enjoyed your free treatment, you start creating your Value Total all over again, and will once again be eligible for a free treatment when you reach the next R4500.

REWARDS

Creating your Value Total
Your Value Total is created by the following transactions at any Sorbet salon or nail bar:
  • All services and treatments;
  • Purchases of all retail products;
  • Purchasing gifts or Gift Cards;
With regards to your Value Total, please note the following:
  • The upfront payment of a Course of treatments is not included in your Value Total. Only the actual treatments themselves are allocated as they are individually performed.
  • The redemption of a Gift Card (or a Complimentary Voucher), is also not included in your Value Total; only the purchase of a Gift Card will count towards your Value Total.
  • Please ensure that you produce your Sorbet Society Card every time you visit a Sorbet branch to ensure that your value is correctly allocated.
