The Guest Experience

To ensure that you get the most out of your treatments we recommend the following:

Bookings

Please book in advance so that we are able to fulfill all your treatment requirements.

Arrival

It's advisable to come 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure that you enjoy the benefits of your full treatment. If you arrive late, we will still have to finish your treatment on time otherwise this will impact negatively on other guests. We respectfully invite new guests to arrive at Sorbet 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for the completion of the Consultation Process.

Attire

There are no rules as to what you should wear during your treatments, as long as you're comfortable. If you're having a massage, our therapists are professionally trained to drape appropriately for privacy. We also have a selection of robes and gowns.

The Sorbet Experience Guarantee

If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, you don't have to pay!! All we ask is that you kindly point out the reasons for your disappointment so that we can take the necessary steps for future improvement.

Gift Cards.... The perfect gift

A Sorbet Gift Card takes the hassle out of buying presents. The recipients can indulge in the treatment of their choice or, if they prefer, can select skincare or giftware products from our exciting retail selection. Unlike other salons, there are no expiry dates on our Gift Cards. They can be redeemed at any time.

Convenient Hours

For your convenience we operate for extended hours. We are open after hours from Monday to Thursday. (Check your local branch for details.)

Public Holidays

We are open on public holidays from 09h00 to 14h00.

Hygiene and Safety Practices

All our implements are sterilised. Spatulas, needles, lancets etc are disposed of after each treatment and our Hot Wax is never re-cycled.

Treatment Consultations

Consultations and Dermalogica Face Mapping are confidential and free and will be carried out before your treatment.

Simultaneous Treatments

You can have multi treatments performed simultaneously if you have limited time.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept all credit cards, cheques, cash, and internet on-line transactions.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at the guest's discretion.
