EXCITING NEWS…. OUR SORBET APP HAS LAUNCHED.

You asked, we listened Sorbet Fam and are so thrilled to present our new Sorbet App!

THE Sorbet APP gives you access to all our Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar, Sorbet Man and Candi&Co. stores.

You can now:

• Make Bookings Online
• Check your Loyalty points
• Buy a Gift Card and
• Earn rewards by referring a friend

How it works:

1. Open your Google Play or App Store.
2. Search for ‘Sorbet’ & select “Sorbet Group”.
3. Download the Sorbet APP.
4. Select / Search for desired store from the drop down.
5. How to Log in to your Account.

1. • If you are a guest who has visited any of the Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar, Sorbet Man and Candi&Co. stores.

• • Type in your full cell number in the Phone Number field
  • Click Forgot Password
  • If you have never visited any of the Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar, Sorbet Man and Candi&Co. stores before.
  • Click on Sign Up on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

6. You will get a Notification that a Verification Code has been sent to your number (SMS)
7. Copy the Verification Code and insert it into the Sorbet App.
8. Create a new Password as per Password requirements.
9. Click proceed.
10. You will then get a notification of the password being changed/setup.
11. Once the Password has been changed/set up, you can log in and enjoy our Sorbet APP.
12. Select the store you wish to visit at the top right-hand corner.
13. Select Menu at the bottom and choose your desired treatments.
    • You are welcome to add any comments in the “Add Notes” section.
14. Book a treatment and select your preferred citizen.
15. Select your desired time slot.
16. Confirm booking of the treatment or service.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Should you want your treatments to happen at the same time (example Mani and Pedi) please ensure you select two different citizens.
• Please ensure you put the 0 for the start of your cellphone number e.g. 083 XXX XXXX
  • Should your cellphone number still not work please contact support@sorbet.co.za or visit in store to update it.
  • Should you have updated your phone number or what to change it, please contact support@sorbet.co.za or visit in store.

• Nail Tech
• Therapist
• Barber
• Hair Stylist
• Hairdresser
