Sorbet Loyalty Programme is classified into four tiers: Green, Blue, Silver & Gold.
Your rewards are specially tailored to the tier you are in.
Points are earned for every R1 spend.
Your rewards increase as you climb up the tiers.
A minimum of 50 points is required before you can redeem.
Rewards are accrued in the follow ratios:
Green = R50 for every R3000 spent
Blue = R100 for every R3000 spent
Silver = R150 for every R3000 spent
Gold = R200 for every R3000 spent

How do the tiers work?
Easy! When you first join the loyalty programme your tier is calculated based on your last 12 months qualifying spend.
As you spend, from the day you join, we count your total spend. Every time you hit a milestone; you move up a tier!
After 12 months, your tier adjusts to your last 12 months qualifying spent.
How do the birthday discounts work?
Birthday Discount – You can get up to 50% off a birthday treatment for yourself, valid from 1st day of your birthday month and will be valid until the end of the Birthday month (1 Calendar month).
You may only redeem your Birthday discount once within your Birthday month which is for treatments only. This discount cannot be redeemed against any retail items.
Your Birthday discount cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
Your tier determines the maximum discounts you can earn, meaning you can get 50% or the maximum, whichever comes first.
Your birthday status is valid for 12 months from your loyalty enrolment date. If you achieve Gold status in the first 12 months, you can enjoy your birthday Gold status the following year.

Definitely! Whether you are a Mrs, Ms, Mx, Miss or a Mr, a Dr, a Prof, a Rev or anything in between, Sorbet Loyalty Programme is for you.
Where can I earn points?
Whether you visit a Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar (previously known as Sorbet Drybar), Sorbet MAN or freestanding Candi&Co., you will earn your points on any retail, treatments or gift cards purchased instore.
Where can I use my rewards?
Happily, spend your rewards on any treatment at any Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar, Sorbet MAN or free-standing Candi&Co. store. ** Excludes the purchase of retail products.
Where can I check my Loyalty information?
Contact your nearest Sorbet Salon, Sorbet Nailbar, Sorbet Hairbar, Sorbet MAN and free-standing Candi&Co. for Loyalty Programme information such as available rewards, current tier and much more! You can also email us at loyalty@sorbet.co.za. Please remember to also include your name, surname, email and cell number on your enquiry email.
How long do my Loyalty rewards last?
Loyalty rewards earned are ONLY valid for a 12 month period, thereafter they expire.
Refunds
Refunds are credited against your annual spend and tiers will be adjusted accordingly including points and rewards earned.

Rewards can only be used by the registered loyalty member.
